Items for discussion

1. Blog & Website (incl minutes)

Blog to put the minutes of WaiCath committee meeting minutes on – Approved

Linking to it from the WaiCath website – Approved

Need to find out how to get WSU to link to it

Website needs a complete rebuild – Dominic to rebuild (hopefully) – Tim to liaise

2. Mailing List

Approved Unanimously

(needs to be added to the website)

Reuben to manually migrate the mailing list – Steph to send latest email addresses to Reuben (basically this will involve typing peoples email addresses in the box so that they can choose to confirm it, Steph should email everyone and get them to say they want to be added)

3. Allocation of duties (may require follow up SGM)

Reuben is Interim Treasurer (approved) (SGM will be required to approve him being the Treasurer). Apparantly Steph is the current interim treasurer, but not many people knew about this

Secretary replacement: Seung or Celia (SGM will be required, not scheduled at this state)

4. PopeTown

Personal Apostolate – Encourage others to stand up for the Faith.

5. B Semester Clubs Day

Same as last year. Put stuff up around the University (do this all week)

Steph will have a meeting with Father Anthony to find stuff for B Semester.

6. Ice Skating in Auckland

Saturday July 23rd. Mega Session at Botany Downs.

7. Potluck dinner (held on the feast of Corpus Christi)

It was good, but it consisted of mainly the choir. Maybe other people weren’t encouraged enough to go. Lots of WaiCath members that don’t attend WaiCath stuff.

The next meeting will be held on date to be approved after meeting with Nicki..
